Liked: We had a great experience. We rented the room for a soccer tournament. Kids loved swimming when we got back and then we played some board games, supplied by the hotel, and foosball. The hotel lobby was really nice and spacious. The room was very clean, a little small but the space worked well for short stay. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Would absolutely book here again.
Disliked: The area where the pool is located is a little hot/muggy. But not unbearable.

Liked: Breakfast was decent, the hotel in general was clean most staff were nice and friendly, some were not.
Disliked: The main issue was that after driving for almost 14 hrs we could not get any sleep. The people upstairs were so loud. After multiple complaints the occupants were finally removed by the police. It was well after 3am by the time we were able to get some rest. When I spoke to the manager the next morning she was polite but did not follow through with what she said she was going to do. She had told me that since I used booking.com she could not give any kind of refund but that she could credit my account 10,000 points. I still have not received credit on my account for the stay or for the points she said she would issue. I have made multiple calls to booking.com as well who has not contacted me back or given any refund. Over all I’m dissatisfied with both the hotel and booking.com.
