My stay was Awesome and...

Liked: Everything

Exceptional

It was a good stay...

Liked: Would like to see more choices such as bacon & harsh browns.
Disliked: Would like to have printed info regarding eateries and Churches locations in the area.

I'd stay there again instead...

Liked: Breakfast buffet was good, didn't have grits or home fries but all was good staff was very helpful
Disliked: A microwave in the room had to go to lobby to heat stuff up, everything else was great

Liked: Accidentally booked here in a rush wouldn’t let me check in booking.com took my money when I explained this to tru I had a terrible experience almost as if they were fed up with there jobs an wanted me out I’ve stayed at some very nice places before an really bad places an this is top teir for the worst due to there customer service

Very disappointed that we were...

Disliked: The A/C needs some maintenance. Whenever it turned on, it was making a horrible racket. Fortunately, I was exhausted and was able to sleep through it. My fiance, however, got very little sleep.

Exceptional

Superb

Liked: Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It was in a very busy shopping area. The pro is it is close to food and shopping, literally at your back door. However, would have liked a more peaceful setting.
