Disappointing

Liked: The beds and pillows were awesome. So comfortable and did not want to get out of bed.I also liked the shampoo and conditioner that was provided.
Disliked: At 3 pm was check in and I had received 2 rooms. But only one was ready. I had to wait for my room tell 5 pm. And where the kids were at I was told it was supposed to have a pull out sofa. , and it didn't. The jacuzzi was not working and the swimming pool had ice cold water. The kids room felt really crowded. And the hall was to get to the room were hot. And the guest dryer doesn't dry right. And only one microwave for the whole building is also weird.
