Overall I was very pleased...

Liked: The amazing breakfast. The number of workers present were eager to help. The amount of eating areas and beautiful decorum.
Disliked: Paying for parking for such a regular parking lot

Great location and potential but...

Liked: The property does boast good location across the beach, we were so excited to book ocean view and paid more for it, was very disappointed it was only a side view of the gulf; we had full view of the parking lot . Why charge extra for that view?
Disliked: Staff was incredibly bored, apathetic, and rude. Many others had the same complaint, we had to call 4 times and wait over an hour for towels. We requested early check in and we were granted only 1 hour early. Which I’ll take, we requested late check out and had a lot of hesitancy and annoyance

Disliked: No safe, no drawers to out clothes in, no safe, I requested an ocean view handicap assessable, got the handicap assessable but no ocean view. Not enough handicap parking spaces by the front or side doors. Had to take our own trash out. Could hear kids running from 10:30 to after midnight every night. Someone tried to open our door well pass midnight. Fire alarm went off 8AM found out it was false Alarm.
