Liked: Clean comfortable bed and room. Easy access to port in the morning. Conveniently located close to airport.
Disliked: The airport shuttle took a long time to arrive. The breakfast was only so so, it filled you up but it lacked pastries. The pancake machine makes good pancakes though. The bare bones ascetic of the rooms at tru are not particularly appealing to me but they are functional. I noticed that people were waiting a long time in the morning to catch the shuttle to their ships, on the other hand we got our Lyft within minutes and paid half .

Liked: Easy check in. Lovely clean room with a confortable bed.Breakfast was great a good selection for everyone

Stay before our cruise

Liked: The check-in was done very quickly and efficiently, the big complimentary breakfast was a lovely surprise, and the seating area was comfortable.It was very easy to book our shuttle to travel to the port the next day to start our cruise. The shuttle was on time, and got there within 30 minutes.
Disliked: When I got home after my cruise, I saw that they had taken off a larger amount than I had booked it for on Booking.com. After finally finding out how to contact customer service, I did get back the difference within 3 days. The reason they gave was 'a discrepancy between their property systemen abd Booking.com'.
