Unexpected

Liked: The hotel room was very clean.
Disliked: Checking into the property, there was a $50 incidental charge that was not expected because it's not listed on the property's website or on booking. And we were placed on the 5th floor, there were no other guests on our floor, and the property only had a few guests. I would hate to think that we were placed there because......

Perfect last minute stop while...

Liked: We stopped here last minute while traveling through Nashville. Super prompt service, even at midnight when we arrived. COMFY beds, helpful staff. Free pancakes for breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Good

Liked: Location was good, friendly staff, water temp in bath was good and bed was soft.
Disliked: The room was relatively small, no storage, shower door didn't function properly, light fixtures too bright and improperly situated. Breakfast was just okay. AC unit was too loud.
