Exceptional

One night stay after long...

Liked: Clean as always! Excellent staff interaction. Breakfast area very well maintained with good options. Enjoyed the coffee & nice tea options. Just a recommendation- A magnified mirror in the bathroom for makeup application would have made the bathroom setup perfect

Disliked: Staff was not friendly. Booked two rooms and had to pay separately. Put my family on different floors .

Liked: One of front desk staff was very helpful.
Disliked: My daughter drop something so she was looking for underneath the bathroom sink. Concerns about under the bathroom sink and front desk staff was trying to helping me out from the room right away and they checked. I couldn’t stay there and they don’t have extra room so need to checked out earlier. Finally when I spoke to the General manager name is Jennifer Harrison on couple of days later l address the situation she said it’s coffee stain and nothing serious she was getting irritated when I shared my concern it could be different. She was questioning why I tried to call the police.. hopefully I could be wrong.
