Disliked: During breakfast, the tables were dirty and Noone was cleaning them.

Best hotel for extended stays...

Liked: Very clean hotel, family-friendly, the lobby is nicely designed and decorated, safe for our kids who loved making friends and hanging out with them in the lobby. We could see our children from any angle in the lobby. We liked the size of the room and amenities in it, the beds and pillows were cozy and comfortable, the hand soap and body wash were gentle on the skin and their lemon scent very refreshing and uplifting. We traveled with two cats and the room was big enough for them to play. The staff was friendly, very helpful and hardworking.
Disliked: The front desk staff worked too many things at the same time which made them not immediately available for guests checking in or out. However, once they are there at the front desk, they check you in/out in a breeze. Also, we didn’t like that the room window does not open for fresh air to come in , especially for a stay of more than 2 nights.

Liked: It was quiet,and clean. The king room was just enough space for two. The pool table and swing in the lobby is cool. The setup in the back way interesting.
Disliked: The view from the room. The lady who was supposed to be refreshing the breakfast got a lot flustered and just stopped, so food ran out. There's no microwaves in the room just a community one in the lobby. The pool was small. The dogs

We were dissatisfied

Disliked: I was extremely disappointed. We used booking.com the pictures we saw were nice and on the beach. We were NOT. Bait & Switch. We left a day early.

Liked: They place was kid friendly and had entertainment
Disliked: 1 lobby bathroom was out of order. And the room we wanted was unavailable due to maintenance

I enjoyed the stay overall

Liked: I like Tru.
Disliked: I had to pay extra to check in early. The pool sticks for the pool table were worn out.
