Liked: I love the location. When I walk into a hotel I usually pick up the smell. The sweet aroma as I walked in the door made me aware of the cleanliness of this hotel and I was right.
Disliked: For me, nothing could have been better. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. One young lady was off her shift and I was waiting for a package that was delivered. The others were a bit busy but she still assisted me.

Liked: Loved the rooms, price and location, breakfast is also not bad at all
Disliked: We showed up at 6am, and the lady at the counter was nice saying, she might be able to get us in before check in time, we hadnt slept at all, and I understand its not part of the policy but she ended up saying there was no space, and for us to wait... later her shift ended I guess and she left and I thought we were like in some sort of wait list for when a room was ready as I was really exhausted.. waiting in the lobby.When the new girl came in the shift, she was very blunt, cold and told me the check in was at 3pm, no consideration for what the other lady told me in the morning, she said some rooms might be freed up and to wait...we kept waiting until around 12 noon, and then more people showed up and were also waiting for a room, when I asked again at around 1pm the girl said, everyone is waiting for their rooms, and check in is at 3pm...but I could never understand if we were listed somewhere in priority of when the first person showed up.... it was just odd because I kept hearing different stories... so we ended up leaving and coming back at 4pm.i understand if your policy is check in at 3, thats fine but then dont tell me to wait to see if there is a room that will be available because we kept waiting in the lobby, super exhausted, and kept asking and the new staff simply didnt care, so , in general their lack of empathy seemed really harsh to me, I think they could work on being nicer, they give off the feeling like they will start yelling at you , or just answer with an attitude that's like really defensive... this is the 4th time I stay here and its the 1st time I feel like the service at the lobby wasnt good.
