I have stayed here before...

Liked: The room was very clean and lovely. The staff was excellent.
Disliked: I have been charged 3 times on my debit card for the 2 day stay and have been arguing the charges with no assistance. Everyday a new charge comes up for $33.48 or $46.23 and $212.60 then a credit of $160.78 then a new charge of $212.80. It is all blamed on Booking.com yet my bank has stated Tru by Hilton is the one taking the charges. Everyday I’m worried of charges!

Nice place… would stay again

Liked: Breakfast was really good
Disliked: We had problems with the toilet and had to ultimately change rooms, but Kayla really did a good job of accommodating us!
