Liked: Snacks were readily available for purchase, but had to go looking for the front personnel clerk. I also did this when I arrived. Loved the lounging area.
Disliked: Breakfast was over too early.I didn't know until I asked "why I didn't have clean towels the following day". It would be good to let the customers know that housekeeping doesn't show up, unless one requests it. My phone was not functional either to let them know that I needed towels, so had to call the front desk using my phone.

Disliked: Staff wasn’t much help. They didn’t charge the card I told them to charge.

Liked: New hotel
Disliked: I got woken up by the neighbor's alarm in the morning, You can hear everything on either sides, no white noise to dampen it out. Someone dropped the ball on the sound insulation in this hotel.

Liked: Pillows and bed not comfortable. Low water pressure in the shower.

Liked: Super clean and such spacious rooms. Was so taken back with how spacious our room was and it was a standard room.
Disliked: Front desk staff in particular 2 young men at the front desk were extremely rude and condescending. They made us wait until 3:01 to even speak to us about our check in that day. The housekeeper we had was amazing and kind went over and beyond. 3 nights.

Liked: The bed and the squeeze bottle soap that it was very clean and roomie

Liked: I have stayed here before and it was great for the price the first time I stayed. Bed was comfy and perfect sized room.
Disliked: The first night the mini fride kept making this weird knocking noise. No big deal. The shower water pressure sucked but at least I could shower after a 12 hour drive. Saturday morning I go to get in the shower and there is less water pressure but I got in anyways. Then it just stopped. No water at all and I had an appointment that I couldn't be late for. When I went to the front desk no one was there and I couldn't just wait around. When I got back that night I was too mentally exhausted to deal with it. I tried to take another shower and it had limited waterpressure but I just wanted to go to bed. When I tried to shower on Sunday again almost zero water pressure. I gave up. Also the toilet would constantly run if you didn't manually reset the flusher. I paid extra this time for an upgrade and this was ridiculous. When checking out I was told they couldn't do anything about the price but would give me a discount If I stayed again. Totally not cool especially for the price I paid.
