Liked: Staff was helpful and fixed the couple of things below quickly.
Disliked: There was leftover food and drink in our room. Key card stopped working like 8 times.

Liked: Nothing, the service other than the valet which is a contractor. Valet excellent.4 o’clock check in we were there at 3:45. No room until 5. Others not till 6 terrible

Liked: Location is good with easy access to freeway. Ample parking is available. Room has a small frig. Ice machine and water fill machines worked all the time. Lobby had coffee and hot water all the time though quality of coffee outside of breakfast hours was poor.
Disliked: 1. Room cleanliness was a big problem. On 6/14/25 room was not cleaned AT ALL despite specific request in the morning to change sheets and clean room. Garbage was in the room as well as no cleaning of bathroom. Front desk person on duty Alexa was indifferent and had no capability to call manager or housekeeping. She had supposedly no other clean room available. We had no choice but to sleep in the dirty room after a long day. 2. Breakfast is ok. Eggs don't taste like eggs. Coffee is good at times but not always. Don't have choice of basic English breakfast or Lipton black tea. Only Teas available are hurbal teas. 3. Rooms or Front desk do not have shower cap or any basic toiletries in case you forget something.4. Room did not have any closet or drawers to store anything.5. Front desk says their policy is to NOT clean room every day so if you stay more than one day, you are out of luck.
