Liked: The location is spectacular! This hotel is right im the centre of downtown denver and is walking distance from most major attractions. From here, you can take a 20 minute walk down 16th street, get to union station, walk across the confluence park bridges anf see amy number of things in between. If you walk the other direction un 15th street, you end up at yhe Capitol building (which offer free tours) and catch the Free Mall Ride back down to the city centre.The hotel was clean, staff were friendly enough (although don't expect them to give you any tips on what to do in and around town), yhe brrakfast was delicious and I even took an extra bagel with me for the road as a snack. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending 1 or a few days in Denver, and doesn't want to spend extra on transportation in and around town

Liked: location was great. rooms were very clean!
Disliked: rooms were extremely small...my brother had an online confirmation but the room was not ready until after 8:00 p.m. when checkin was at 3:00 p.m. I was going to be charged $50 for checking in 30 minutes early.

Liked: The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were accommodating and helped to give us guidance on parking and destinations.

Home away from home

Liked: The staff! They were all helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The entire place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: Our bed was terrible lumpy. It turned out that housekeeping hadn't put the mattress pad on correctly. Not a big deal.

Liked: We decided to stay an extra night and booked a second stay. When we went to check in *hotel employee* was working the front desk, with a long line. You could tell she was so busy! But even so, she greeted everyone with an amazing attitude and a smile on her face!
Disliked: Nothing, but please recognize Maddy!!
