Disliked: When you chose to buy cheap mattresses they should at least be thick enough that when you kneel down on the bed your knee doesn't hit the platform that the mattress is on. The fact that management knew and knows the elevator is broken and anyone above the 2nd floor had to wait a very long time to go up or down. These are 2 very serious inconveniences that with the price I paid should not have to deal with. I suggest dropping the cost down by 30-40% when this is going on. That's might make it worth the stay but as far as I'm concerned it was way overpriced considering these inconveniences that you as a company have control over. My concerns were brought to the attention of the staff but of course they did nothing about that.
