These days, my number one...

Liked: The hotel is spotless. There is no carpet in the room and it looked recently renovated. Or maybe its fairly new. It was easy to get to, the staff were friendly. The style is very modern. The breakfast was good.

All that we needed and...

Liked: The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly. We were very impressed with all the complementary stuff they had incase you left stuff behind.
Disliked: We could have used more blankets in the room but when we asked for them we got them.

This hotel has nice, clean...

Liked: The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff at front desk was very polite and helpful. My stay at hotel tru by Hilton was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

Extremely unpleasant stay with rude...

Disliked: **A/c not working all night -The front desk staff said there is nothing they can do about it as there was no maintenance on site after 4pm-Front desk staff was rude and said the manager had checked earlier in the day and it was working. -Front desk staff said she is the only one in the hotel and she would not be able to come and check on the A/c either or move me as it was against hotel policy which is not true. -Front desk staff spoke with an attitude and in an accusatory tone. She even said she would not be able to connect me to the manager because “the manager does not deal with such small things after 5pm”Extremely unpleasant stay. Would never visit this hotel again and will recommend everyone to stay away. Not a Hilton standard at all in any way
