Great place for families to...

Liked: Our stay was wonderful. We really enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. Along with the table under the gazebo area. This place was definitely one of the better stays we've had in the grand rapids area especially for the price. We will would stay again
Disliked: What could have been better was having a Microwave in the rooms. Maybe I booked one without and didn't notice. I'm not sure. That was the only thing I wished was different..

Don't be fooled by it's...

Liked: The pool was warm and the person checking us in was lovely.
Disliked: Unfortunately the beds were hard and creaky. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside the room or next to you. The water in the shower doesn't stay warm long. Breakfast was mediocre, and the eggs were liquidy and inedible. The person in charge of restocking breakfast food was doing an AMAZING job, but she was running around like crazy to keep everything stocked and guests happy while two other staff members sat on their phone at the desk.

Its a 4.9 star hotel,...

Liked: A beautiful place , very comfortable and clean
Disliked: Asked for extra towels even was contacted by management saying they would happily provide, did not receive. Show door would not close and leaked all over the bathroom floor
