The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

Excellent hotel and place to...

Liked: Friendly staff and great location, rooms, and the Tru by Hilton brand is my favorite.
Disliked: The shower would make a lot of noise like it was struggling to get water, etc. during the shower it was very loud.

A perfect, friendly place whose...

Liked: Tru by Hilton was PERFECT for our stay! As a patient of the Cleveland Clinic, the hospitality offered by the staff and the facility were exceptional: the staff (Rob) received us and made possible the meeting of every need we had; the facility is a 3 minute drive from the main pavilion of the Cleveland Clinic - so it's nearby, and priced reasonably for middle class persons to be able to afford it. The early morning breakfast is nourishing and delicious; the 24 hour coffee is deeply appreciated. This is a very modern faciliy with spot-on engineering for ease of use, comfort, and affordability. Way to go!
Disliked: We liked everything.

Clean, cozy, close to downtown

Liked: Free parking. Hotel was clean, had nice seating outside and in lobby. Coffee and tea out all day, great breakfast in the am. Rooms were comfy and clean, even had laundry on site

Enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Location was good, hotel clean, the staff very friendly. Would stat there again if I was in Cleveland.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great.
