The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

The bed was okay, but...

Disliked: Our refrigerator was not working. During checkout I told the front desk employee. Had to throw my food out.

Family and friends concert night

Liked: The customer service was very nice and accommodated our needs while we booked two rooms and hoped they would be close to each other and they help us perfectly. We enjoys our breakfast, and there 12oclock checkout time. Walking distance to the Agora Theater, with some food options close by.. We had a lovely time
Disliked: One thing I didn't like was the shower door didn't close properly and water would puddle on the floor. But we only stayed one night. Not long enough to really bother me.

Disliked: We asked them 3 times to sweep our floor, it was dirty when we arrived. Housekeeping never came up to clean the room nor did they bring us clean towels when requested. They stood outside our room arguing amongst themselves very loudly. When we complained they said you booked your stay through a 3rd party we can't do anything. No apologies. The breakfast was good but when items ran out, example the yougurt they did not fill it back uo.

Nice in a pinch, but...

Liked: Room looked like it had been really cleaned in a while. Hotel staff was not friendly upon check in.

Liked: Overall everything was pretty much clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there wasn’t any kind of protectors on the pillows, just a pillow case. You could see how yellow and dirty the pillows were and there were stains on the bedding.
