The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

Stress-free place to stay while...

Liked: We were in Cleveland for three days of testing at the clinic - pretty stressful. Without a doubt the convenience of getting to and from Cleveland Clinic was the main reason for our stay.
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault - but the short stretch of 70th street to get into the parking lot is awful. You could lose a tire in a pothole.

Liked: Location was perfect for theatre attendance.
Disliked: Front desk staff were unfriendly & rude at both check in & check out. Although posted breakfast hours 6a-10a when we arrived in the breakfast area at 9:20a the only remaining items were scrambled eggs, English muffins & cold cereal. The breakfast attendant said there were no plans to restock the area.

Disliked: Booking.com stated how big the room eas and that it had a coffee pot. The room was really small and there was no coffee pot. Only appliance was a small fridge that froze our food. The wall furnace kept making a whining sound. The toilet kept coming on. The bathroom sink handle kept falling off. Coffee is offered 24 hours and it would be cold. The breakfast offerings really were not that good and I had a hair in my oatmeal. Without knocking staff would walk right into my room.
