The hotel and staff were great! I would stay again. Aside from the dirty floor in our room everything else was wonderful. Next time I will bring slippers.

Liked: Everyone was friendly and kind. The hotel was newer and modern with great accommodation.
Disliked: Sadly the floors were not clean. The rooms do not have carpet, and they had not been swept or mopped. There were hair ties and bobby pins next to the bed as well as crumbs on the floor and the bottoms of our socks were black after walking around the room while getting ready for the day.

Liked: Convenient location to CWRU. Free parking and breakfast. Super friendly staff and clean, comfortable, modern rooms.

Liked: It looked like a new hotel.
Disliked: The hotel seems to be new. However, it has terrible customer service. The TV had a serious problem. A guy came and fixed the TV, but after I turned it off the same problem happened again. In addition, the soundproof (if the hotel have) it's very bad. A guest from the hotel above my room spent the whole night running around in the room. I went to the front desk at 5:00 am to complain about the noise and it seemed to only get worse. They did not offer me a new room. So, I decided to leave the hotel at 5:30 and find another hotel where the TV worked and I could sleep. The experience at this hotel was not good at all.

Liked: hotel was nice along with a large parking lot. convenient location close to downtown.
Disliked: it was a decent place. it was okay to shower and sleep but it could have been a little cleaner.

Loved it. Would highly recommend...

Liked: On site parking! Closeness to Agora Theater for The Warning concert I attended.
