Liked: The pool was heated and nice , the room was very spacious .
Disliked: When I arrived my tv did not work . Called the front desk to get some assistance, Valarie came down to take a look stated it was nothing she could do about it . I asked if she could give us another room she stated she was sold out . I the. Proceed to ask Valerie well what happens next I didn’t spend 469. 00 to be in a room with no tv . Valerie said I could check out and find another room or she can call the cops and have me removed from the hotel . All because I asked her to fix the tv or accommodate. Very racist very rude very disrespectful.

Liked: The staff was very nice.
Disliked: It was very noisy. We were next to the elevators and there was at least a one inch gap at the bottom of our door. We heard the elevators ding, doors slam, people in the hall. We heard toilets flushing. The a/c was loud. We got no sleep. The hotel was not clean and it smelled like dog. We checked out a day early but were charged full price for the room rather than the price quoted on Booking.com.

A great place to stay.

Liked: It was conveniently located, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean.
Disliked: My room had a window leaking from the rain. It was about 130 am, so I placed a towel in the window to stop the dripping noise and went back to sleep. I informed the front desk staff as I was checking out.
