Liked: It was a short stay, but I found the hotel to be well-equipped, comfortable, and a good location to the airport. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a mix-up in the early morning (4am) for the shuttle to the airport, as a family of 4 showed up to take it but had not signed up the day before, but they resolved the issue quickly and left on time.
Disliked: I tried to contact the hotel twice through Booking, and they never answered. I finally phoned to ask and they answered helpfully, but it would have been nice not to have had to take the extra time to call for a simple question.

Liked: Most of the staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Beds were too firm. Breakfast was just ok. Would like real milk. The room rates were a little pricey. They ran out of diet coke and said they won't get more until Tuesday, they could have gone to Walmart and got some or got some from the Hilton hotel across the parking lot. They did not have a rollout bed claiming it was against the law.

Liked: Very modern and welcoming. I really liked that the rooms weren’t carpeted- made it feel much cleaner. The breakfast pancakes and toppings were delicious.
