Horrible. Tru is horrible

Liked: I didn't like anything.
Disliked: Tru called me at the time if check in right as I was getting out of my sons hockey tournament. We traveled 5 hours. They told me they were overbooked and had to relocate me to the courtyard in Utica. The courtyard was an absolute dump with mold everywhere and expired beverages. I checked the rating after arriving and they all said the same. If try is going to inconvenience me and cancel my booking with them I would assume they would upgrade my hotel not downgrade. They did the sane to my sister and were laughing as they told her. My sister and I had to stay at separate hotels with one vehicle. Horrible experience. I will never book with tru again.

Liked: Nice decor and no carpet. Firm but comfortable beds.
Disliked: The first day pancake maker wasn't working.
