Liked: The front desk associate Jimmy was super nice, friendly, and accommodating!
Disliked: The constant slamming of the door our room was near the storage closet, and for several hours, it was just slam slam slam we understood housekeeping, but dang, it was frustrating after the first couple of hours.

Disliked: Employees seemed to be socializing at the front desk making it harder to approach them. However when they saw I was needing to ask a question they did pay attention quickly.

Liked: The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly
Disliked: Lobby was freezing but hallways were hot and humid.Booked a king room but was given 2 queen beds. Apparently they were sold out:

Liked: This gaudily decorated place is unworthy of any Hilton connection. $230 a night to breakfast off polystyrene plates and cold coffee on 24 hour sip base. Nothing looks clean in the common parts: elevator stainless steel etc. Carts for bags are in short supply. And what are all the dreadful messages everywhere, right from the garbage on the entrance door: corporate graffiti!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.Dreadful colour scheme, lousy breakfast, sullen employee faces except for ladies on reception. Nowhere to refreeze ice pads for medicine requiring them

Liked: It’s always clean and the staff is so accommodating and so helpful!

Liked: Ease of check in, very comfortable beds/space.
