Liked: There was a storm that caused a power outage. But no generator for getting ready in the morning. Also, had a bit of a struggle getting checked in due to miscommunication with booking.com and the hotel. It was straightened out eventually.

Liked: Did not get offered breakfast as hotel had power outage and had no backup system!
Disliked: We booked a handicapped bedroom, check in was at 3pm, we got there at 4.20pm and they told us they didn’t have the room ready as they were very busy.(what an answer to give to a paying guest, who had been driving for hours. So we got a regular room on 3rd floor) The room was okay with a comfortable bed and we never complained. The way we were treated on Sunday morning APRIL 6TH was terrible, we had to sit in darkness till 8am as we had no light to pack our stuff up. No staff member appeared on our floor to offer any help to me to get all our luggage plus my handicapped wife down the stairs, they didn’t even come to apologize to me or my wife, or offer to help us to go get food or anything. Plus on top of this we had a 10 hour drive in front of us.
