It was nice enough for...

Liked: It was very easy to get to off of the interstate and the room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had lots of bars to hold onto in the shower which was good for my mom. Appreciated a late check out time of noon when we booked it.
Disliked: It was very loud (we were on the fourth floor and could hear traffic outside all night and we could easily hear even the tv from other rooms nearby). Also the tv randomly turned on in the middle of the night to welcome me which freaked us out a little. The thing I really didn’t like was that housekeeping came to our room three times before 11:30am when checkout was noon and made me feel like we should have left early. The housekeeper also couldn’t speak English so that didn’t help much.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean, had nice sitting areas inside and outside. Breakfast options were good. Enjoyed the gym. Also loved that the location was not far from shopping, restaurants and other places. I would stay at this location again

Liked: Seems like a newer hotel.
Disliked: After a very long day of cancelled flights, we were met by an unfriendly check in woman. We had nothing with us because the airlines still had our bags. This was a well known occurrence in Charlotte as most of the hotels had been booked and there were no rental cars available. I asked if she had my HH number in the system and without looking said, "yeah, we got it". We weren't even offered water. I chose this hotel because of Hilton, but will not make that mistake again.
