Liked: Location was fine, some staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only had 2 parking for handicap vehicles. My room was on the same hall as a dog, and he barked most of the 2 nights we stayed.

Liked: Cleanest pet hotel I’ve ever been in. Price was great also. The staff was very friendly.

Average stay with responsive staff

Liked: Staff was responsive to changing out the broken refrigerator and checked the smoke detector. Also refilled the empty hand soap and replaced linens. Water and ice available in the lobby. Coffee was good. Housekeeping excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. Basically all prefab food. I didn't realize that this hotel was no frills.
