Liked: It was moderately clean , the room was ok the small fridge had trash from the last occupants
Disliked: The bed was the worst I’ve ever been on . Nothing but wire and brick is what it felt like . Some of the staff was rude.

Liked: The young man who checked me in was very courteous and professional!! Everyone we saw spoke to us and was really nice. The breakfast was good and we were close to our shopping trip.
Disliked: I arrived about 15 minutes early and asked to check in early. The young man immediately confirmed my stay and processed all the information. There were 2 people behind the counter and the young man was helping the only customer. The lady (Saundra?) was talking to a third employee sitting in the lobby. That employee told her I was waiting and she said “I know” and made me wait for the other customer to finish and the young man helped me. I don’t understand why she stood up to the computer like she was logging in to help me? I later found out she was the assistant manager!! I think the young man should be promoted and Saundra demoted!! My family and I went upstairs to change and when we returned, I heard Saundra greet another customer coming into the lobby before they even got close to the counter!! I probably will not return to be treated that way!!

Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: Management didn't clean my room. It was horrible service after requesting room service multiple times. My room never got cleaned, but I was advised they were short-staffed.
