Overall it was a nice...

Liked: Check in Staff was very nice and accommodating. It was easy to locate and was close to our event. Beds were comfy. Parking was easy.
Disliked: The breakfast was okay but very limited. Felt very much like a dorm room but compared to other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at the price was high for what was offered.

I will NEVER stay there...

Liked: The location was perfect for me to walk to the Performing Arts Center which is why I was there.
Disliked: No Ice Bucket, no Drinking Glasses, no Coffee maker, and no Microwave in room, I called the front desk, and they said I needed to come down to the lobby for the Ice Bucket and Glasses. The Ice bucket was a cheap uninsulated disposable one. The room refrigerator door was sticky.

Disliked: We had no blind in our room. The fittings were there but no blackout blind. The tap in the basin spun around. The shower head wouldn’t stay up and just sprayed the wall. There was absolutely no sound proofing so we heard planes, trains, cars and doors slamming. The bed linen was the cheap and not comfortable. I came away with several midge bites!!

Liked: Decor. Loved lobby design! Staff were friendly.
Disliked: I always want coffee in my room. Had to get dressed and go to lobby. Bed was only moderately comfortable.

Decent hotel. Probably better options...

Disliked: First room smelled like cigarettes but staff moved us to another room. Room was very bare and not clean in areas. Booking.com shows this as a 3 star hotel but google shows it is a 2 star hotel.
