Liked: The best thing was the shower and the lady that did the breakfast
Disliked: There was hairs in my shower before I used it and the floor was dirty and the staff at the front counter was hit or miss If they were kind or not

Liked: The rooms were spacious and clean. The on-duty desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was not the hotel's fault but was further away from Elon University.

You get what you paid...

Liked: It was convenient and good value for what we needed. We now know what to expect at a Tru hotel. Clean, with minimal effort.
Disliked: It was exactly what we paid for, nothing exceptional.
