Liked: We enjoyed our stay in Tru!Conveniently located for the occasion we attended. The front desk staff are friendly! The room is clean and bed is very comfortable. The downstairs lounge is definitely a plus!

Good value, easy access, friendly...

Liked: Very comfortable room. The staff is very friendly. Parking is convenient.
Disliked: There were some strange pipe/plumbing noises.

Super overpriced, wouldn't stay here...

Liked: Staff was nice. Location was okay, close to one of the metro stations
Disliked: Super overpriced, wouldn't stay here again. When we booked the hotel (like 4 months before our stay here), I asked if we could get a room with a view to the city and this request was accepted. When we got there, they places us IN THE BASEMENT. When we mentioned this, they said that they dont actually have a room with a city view and that all the rooms that are not in the basement are full, so it was quite a disappointment. Also the room was super small and quite dark. There is no free wifi which tbh is one of the most basic things every other hotel offers. Breakfast is mid, for some reason they don't have signs explaining the foods they display, not to mention to that you'd need to see whats in the food that you are about to eat, especially if you are vegetarian/vegan/on a special diet or allergic to sg.
