Liked: We love this hotel chain. Great pool table and breakfast. The most comfortable pillows. Clean and cutely decorated. Very family friendly.
Disliked: Price was high, but it was close the New River Gorge National Park.

Our August 1–4 stay was...

Liked: Great location, quiet, front desk was nice.
Disliked: We stayed from August 1 through August 4, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience we’ve had at this hotel in the past four years. The floors were noticeably dirty, and the beds were not made even once during our stay. The mattress was uncomfortable with the springs very noticeable. On the last night, the room wasn’t cleaned at all—no trash was removed, and our used towels were still lying in the bathroom floor. We had to go to the front desk just to get fresh towels. It’s disappointing to see how much the quality has declined.
