Bad!!!

Disliked: Management was terrible! Booked originally for Thursday-Sunday, had to cancel on Wednesday for Thursday arrival, which meant we only needed Friday and Saturday stay. Upon arrival, they had changed our rates, which would have been more than the 3 nights previously booked. The young lady behind the counter could have cared less about the situation! You could tell she did not like her job! Very rude!I will never book with this hotel again!

Fully renovated rooms

Liked: Fully renovated hotel and rooms, ok breakfast
Disliked: The hotel is close to the road so it is quite noisy despite correct insulation Pool was closed

Liked: Clean, quiet for rest. Great location. Beds were amazing.

Passable

Liked: The breakfast was good but the first morning they scrambled to get breakfast set up because someone did not show up. The staff was nice
Disliked: The bed smell like dog

Disliked: Bed springs were bad. It made noise every time you moved. Very aggravating while you were trying to get sleep.The price of the room that I booked online was less than the Tru Hilton system at check in. So I had to pay more for the same room at check in. This was a turn off even if it was a couple of dollars.

Decent price. No amenities

Liked: There is no dresser or closet in the room, the staff never welcomed us as they were having a meeting. The elevators were creaky and the pool was closed with no warning. Would have booked somewhere else had I known any of the above!
