A short, but very comfortable...

Liked: Very clean room and bathroom. Pleasant, helpful staff. Excellent coffee available in the lobby
Disliked: The door has all these words .. Thanks, welcome etc. all over. it felt more like a shop entrance and not a hotel.

More of area needs restoration...

Liked: Decent food.
Disliked: Bad location! Too close to the check in desk and front door. Not enough tables for sitting down based on crowd.

Really liked this hotel

Liked: The staff was excellent, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! The location is walking distance to lots of restaurants and the inner harbor. The hotel is bright and cheerful.

Liked: The location was excellent. Nando's was right down the street--fabulous restaurant. Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Disliked: Bedbugs & they said I won’t be charged for one of the nights but I still was.. never heard nothing back from management
