Disliked: The pool was not heated. We chose a hotel with a pool, but couldn't use it.

We will never return. There are many hotels in the area who will appreciate quality custome service.
Disliked: When we arrived, the desk clerk was very kind, the facility was great, and we were having a nice time. A large group of ice hockey players and their families arrived shortly after we arrived back from dinner, and they were pretty unruly. It was obvious the desk clerk was frustrated with their behavior, but she handled herself well. These kids were chasing each other all over the place, playing hockey in the halls, throwing ice into the foose ball table, etc. We left the common area and returned to our rooms shortly after. The next morning, our group went down for breakfast, and it was much of the same. We did our best to ignore it. Because we had a few young children in our group, it was assumed that our children were raising a ruckus. At around 9:30am, a guest on our floor came out into the hallway, scolding two of the teenagers in our group who were knocking on our door to enter, saying they needed to stop running up and down the stairs, yelling, and being loud when they were trying to sleep. Our girls were so uncomfortable. They hadnt done any of the things they were accused of, rather they walked out of their room and knocked on our door to enter. Shortly after, the woman working the front desk came up and started accusing our girls of acting inappropriately and told us we were going to be asked to leave and charged for our stay, regardless. She explained how they regularly had government officials stay in the hotel, and they had received several complaints. I politely explained that our girls were not involved in any of the chaos she had allowed to occur, and our girls were able to describe the boys who were running a muck because they had encountered them in the stairwell earlier that day, trying to jump out and scare people. I was appalled! Not only were our children wrongfully accused of actions they did not participate in, but to have the front desk clerk allude to government officials being more important than us as paying customers was horrible.
