Liked: Bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We couldn't bath or shower as there was very little water pressure; however, the sink had excellent water pressure.

Liked: Personnel were friendly and professional. The room was available to us at our time of arrival. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was decent with a variety of items and some fruit. I would recommend this hotel to my family and fiends.
Disliked: The view was a truck parking lot and a bit noisy in the morning.

Liked: Breakfast was quite nice, and the pancake making each was fun to use. We enjoyed the games in the lounge in the evening, but they need some TLC to be fully functional.
Disliked: Not sure if this is a Booking.com issue or a local Tru one, but I had made special requests which Booking.com reported via email were granted by Tru. When I arrived, the hotel staff told me that "wasn't them" and none of my (very reasonable) requests were granted. That really soured the experience and got the stay off on the wrong foot. Also, the property is in a sketch area next to a truck stop and a low-buck motel, so I wondered about security.

Very good

Liked: The lobby was very inviting and fun. The kids loved the pool table. The breakfast was good with many options. Very enjoyable.
Disliked: The front desk staff would be MIA at various points of the weekend. One of the elevators wasn't working at all and the other did not stop at picked floors.
