Disliked: The iron had melted plastic on it and it ruined my shirt. I showed the manager who sent it to corporate who have still not responded in almost two weeks. Not willing to take any responsibility and I took photos and brought the iron and shirt town. The manager to her credit also took photos and sent to corporate. Very disappointed

Bright great hotel with holiday...

Liked: Ideal location with shops and restaurants around the corner, really nice vibe. Bright hotel with great facilities—the water cooler and the 24/7 coffee were welcome. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mason, who seemed to work evenings. Large rooms with clean bathrooms and lovely free shower gels and shampoo. Breakfast was great, with a selection to choose from and starting at 6 a.m., which was perfect for before work.
Disliked: If I were being picky, I'd say that the bins could have been emptied a bit more often, especially around the water cooler, as it was full of cups. And the cleaning staff didn't do my room in the 4 nights I was there. Not an issue for me though, there were plenty of clean towels and stuff anyway.
