We expected better service which...

Liked: The value was fair. The breakfast offered was good.
Disliked: Our room was not serviced properly and on the time frame originally set. My husband left several messages for the manager to respond to, however we never heard from him/her. Room service was listed as every other day however that didn’t happen.

hospitality disappointment

Liked: it was local to my job, young guy at the front desk was very welcoming.
Disliked: that lobby restroom was looked, the GM was on the floor and still didn't acknowledge that guest need to use the restroom without going back up to room. no microwave in the room but had a mini fridge which is confusing and disappointed

Hotel or Hostel?

Liked: Relatively new facility
Disliked: No housekeeping during 4 nite stay. Rooms have a nice wall mounted TV, but unfortunately walls are very thin, so you can clearly hear what's playing in next room.
