Worst hotel visit I’ve ever...

Liked: There was not anything I liked about this hotel
Disliked: The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, we had to have the keys redone 6 times before it would ever work the first room they put us in the air was out on the floor and it was miserable and the faucet in bathroom was broken, they moved us to another floor and the handle to the shower was extremely loose and was ready to fall off, there was pubic hair in the wall of the shower that should have been cleaned but wasn’t I even have a picture as proof , the air didn’t seem to work in our room at night despite dropping the air to 68, the breakfast was not even mediocre the eggs and sausage was cold the oatmeal was very bland even adding brown sugar didn’t help it any I only managed to eat 2-3 bites of breakfast. And the lobby had a stinch to it that was overbearing.

Good

Liked: the parking lot was real nice.
Disliked: the bed contain your heat sweat to death .... feel like memory foam not good

Disappointing

Liked: It was a place to sleep.
Disliked: Staff in the afternoon was rude and lazy. I was here for 3 nights and my room was never cleaned, no beds made, no clean towels, nothing. The free breakfast is very limited and mediocre at best.

Liked: Great location. Easy access to airport. Pool table.

Prob won’t stay at this...

Liked: The lobby is nice. We have stayed here before and it has been good. Also, we stay at try when we have the option when traveling.
Disliked: The room was wet. Our comforters were wet. I think it was from the moisture of the air conditioner. The floor was sticky.

Liked: We hadn't been in that area for about 4 yrs visiting family, but staying at this place was worth the trip ! Convenient to everything , great staff, nice room, clean , great price, breakfast was like eating at home ! Staff really made it edible, not thrown together ! The older hotels around them need to go get some tips of doing the same or better !!
Disliked: I like to open windows, but I know hotels don't always have that to offer. I just like fresh air!
