Overall location,

Liked: The location to Lovelace hospital was 0.6 miles, I was having surgery early in the morning( I had to be there by 5:30am) so the location was perfect.
Disliked: The hand held shower head had very little pressure and I was in a roll-in shower due to my disability so it was inconvenient to use the air shower head. The electric blind did not work, I informed the staff that it needed to be fixed.
