Disliked: Everything was literally bad. From reception to cleaning. I booked the room for 4 days and it was not cleaned a single day. I went downstairs to alert the staff and they did nothing about it. Very poor service. They never even bothered. I spent the whole of Sunday outside hoping they would clean the room and they never for my entire stay. How do I use toiletries for 4 days without it been changed. Moreover, my luggage delayed so American Airlines decided to send it tot his hotel. The luggage was at the reception for more than 2hrs and they never called my room to let me know it was in. I had to go downstairs to make an enquiry and to my surprise the receptionist said he got occupied with something else. Highly unprofessional.Very disappointing!Wanted to email management but apparently there’s not even single email of tru hilton online, which doesn’t even make sense.
