Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking very expensive the valet and the parking across the street very expensive. They take advantage of the customers.
Disliked: No pool and the valet parking to expensive and the parking across the street very expensive. They take advantage of the customers. Never again staying downtown. The carpets in the hallways are so dirty and the rooms could be cleaner and the plugs for cell phone don’t work.

Liked: Very clean! Staff was friendly. Close to everything
Disliked: The rooftop bar is closed! I heard all of the good things about it and once we arrived, they told us the sad news! My friend and I traveled far to experience it. Hopefully they can at least let the guest enjoy the new scenery at the top.

It was a good stay.

Liked: Everything no complaints about everything that was available to us.
Disliked: We didn’t know that there would be no food amenities nor did we k ow that the roof top would be closed until after we booked and paid for the room. Also Booking disclosed there would be a 50.00 incidental fee. Instead it was 150.00.

Overall the stay was great!!

Liked: The room was very nice and spacious and the shower was huge
Disliked: The bathroom door was hard to open, the sink faucet was loose and kept falling and the inner part of the sink was chipped, However I do understand the property is older
