Disliked: Patio doors to balcony would lock you out of room.

Great place for a family...

Liked: Staff was friendly check in was hassle free. Room was spacious.
Disliked: They didn't provide enough towels in the room and didn't provide towels down in the pool areas. Beach access from hotel was blocked off due to damages that need to be repaired still.

Liked: Room was spacious but wish there was continental breakfast because of the cost of the stay.
Disliked: No free breakfast and we did not get an ocean front room. Wish we could have had access to the beach from the pool area.

I stayed one night out...

Liked: I’ve stayed at the property multiple times and it has always been clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Until this time.
Disliked: I did NOT like the manager on duty- instead of politely asking me if I needed assistance, she asked “if I was just chatting with the staff”. Lady, I’m standing here trying to check in. Now, I am 1 month into waiting for a refund for having to check out early due to illness.

Would not stay here again.

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: Constant STRONG smell of marijuana was the biggest downfall. Also, the pools were fairly small and the beach access from the pool was gone. The key card had to be reprogrammed frequently and we found out that this happened to other guests, as well.

Disliked: The room was on the first floor and the floor was wet until the next day and the linen felt wet the balcony door had a bar to keep it locked. The room and hotel needs a upgrade
