My very enjoyable vacation at...

Liked: The relaxed atmosphere along with the very helpful staff made our stay with you exactly what we were looking for. The other guests were also very friendly and this was most welcome and I know that they too were enjoying the stay at tropical seas.
Disliked: The flooring in the rooms were something I think you should get rid of and I would not walk on them barefoot

Clean, and made the best...

Liked: Location was great, and my room was clean no bugs or anything. My complaint is they only have one elevator for the whole building both workers and guest use it’s very slow, very hot, and sometimes a wait.
Disliked: The beds are very hard, and when you request new towels you have to go get them yourself which is fine if you didn’t have to pack kids down with you. Also, they only gave us 3 towels and one washcloth for several people and when I asked for more I had to turn in the others before I could get more and I hadn’t even used them yet.

Pleasant vacation stay.

Liked: We liked the ocean view. It was quiet until our last night when we got neighbors next door who were extremely noisy. There’s a pizza restaurant on the 2nd floor. The front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were all wonderful.
Disliked: We didn’t like how dirty the floors were. The tile floor in the room was very dirty. There’s only one elevator and it’s extremely slow at times. It was so hot waiting for the elevator, we took the stairs down mostly.

Mediocre stay, priced a little...

Liked: I liked that the property was oceanfront. The mattress was firm which I like. The pizzeria on the 2nd floor is nice. There are many restaurants and shops within a short drive distance.
Disliked: The beds consisted of a nice firm mattress which I appreciate. However, one of the blankets was dirty. The balcony has rust, chipping paint, very old and stained plastic chairs and table, and a filthy balcony door. The bathroom sink as well as the mirror had mold in them. The toiletries provided are very poor, the soap does not lather and the shampoo left my hair feeling like straw. Glad I did bring my own. The elevator is very slow and loud. One of the pools was closed and the hot tub was so dirty I wouldn’t get in if you paid me. One of the dryers was broken as well as one of the 3 vending machines.
