Poor accommodations included, funny smell in room, forced 1030am check out was rude and too early for us as we went to a late show and not enough time to vacate with ease. Never go there again. Paid 160.00 , too much for no amenities no service.

Disliked: Not enough towels or toiletries; no phone to call front desk; soda machine only food available and it only took quarters. 10:30a.m. check out; no phone to call if trouble; housekeeping woman knocks on door at 1015 and asks if we are ready to leave! Skimpy accommodations.

Liked: Very clean room. The staff was great really friendly and welcoming. Would stay again. I've stayed in a few places in the area. This one is one of the best places around downtown clearwater.

Good value and a great...

Liked: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property is a little dated and there's no breakfast but the location is minutes from downtown Clearwater. Be prepared to pay $10 for parking. Good value for the money.
Disliked: The room use a face lift, but it checked all the boxes that matter to me. Clean, comfortable, mini fridge and great location. The fellow at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Liked: It was a good value. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was close to a friends home , so convenient for us. We enjoyed the courtyard.
Disliked: There were minimal towels, no coffee make or even a Kleenex box. It was a bit bare, but a great value. We would stay again.

Liked: I loved the courtyard. It was so nice to sit and read my book or have my coffee in the morning. Lots of seating
