Tropical Inn & Suites downtown clearwater

Poor accommodations included, funny smell in room, forced 1030am check out was rude and too early for us as we went to a late show and not enough time to vacate with ease. Never go there again. Paid 160.00 , too much for no amenities no service.

Liked: Convenience to venue.
Disliked: Not enough towels or toiletries; no phone to call front desk; soda machine only food available and it only took quarters. 10:30a.m. check out; no phone to call if trouble; housekeeping woman knocks on door at 1015 and asks if we are ready to leave! Skimpy accommodations.

Liked: Room was cute and yard area/pool was pretty. Close to our venue. Staff was friendly, environment was quiet.
Disliked: Literally no complaints, was a great stay!!

The hotel is very clean...

Liked: The room is very clean and comfortable with plenty of outlets available, including USB to charge cell phones, and I like the option of having a microwave and a good bar fridge, and it's very clean without strange smells, the TV is new and has plenty of channel options. I can't forget to mention that the bathroom is also very good.
Disliked: I just didn't like the fact that they charge $10.00 for parking which I expected to be included in the price so add that $10.00 to the daily price.

Liked: The location wasn’t bad and overall the place was beautiful. We stayed from Friday to Sunday and was quiet at night. The front desk lady was super sweet and helpful! I would definitely come back
Disliked: Everything was great except the bed could be a little more comfortable. Other than that it was fine
