Liked: We found your hotel enchanting, representing an elegance found in the past. I truly appreciated the nice sized desk for my journaling. The tea was nice, but we didn't realize we would be charged for the tea bags. That should be communicated more clearly, because in our other hotel rooms they were free. You are located in the perfect place. We were able to walk to most everything and when not the local transportation was near. Thank you for a memorable experience.
Disliked: I found the pillows too large and hard. I would recommend you offer both firm and soft pillows in your beautiful establishment. HVAC was inconsistent. During the night we found ourselves pulling up and shedding bedclothes. Of course these are not deciding factors with our repeat visit .
