Liked: The staff were excellent, especially the gentleman in charge of the front desk during the day. He went above and beyond everything we needed and more! He seemed to be a truly kind and considerate person. We wish him a sincere thank you, and we would definitely stay at this hotel again!!
Disliked: Can't think of anything.

Wonderful place to stay!

Liked: Lovely property. Extremely welcoming staff and very helpful with local attraction recommendations. We loved the food and the outdoor gathering area by the pool. Easy to taxi to town. Lots of great restaurants and cute coffee shops within walking distance.

Liked: Staff was amazing, room was spacious with high ceilings, beds were very comfortable. Beach chairs and towels provided free of service, and late checkout was an option.
Disliked: Room stayed humid/damp in spite of the A/C being on. Water from the shower inevitably ran outside of the shower area. Room could use a few more outlets.

Liked: I lovred the staff incredibly kind and knowledgable. The housekeeping staff left the room amazing and even placed my granddaughters toys playfully on the bed she loved it.
Disliked: Very loud guests! screaming at the front desk personal I think. Then one morning at 3am loud pouding on the door to get in for about 10 minutes , that night I could not sleep .
