I wouldn’t say anymore

Liked: It has No amenities. You have to pay extra for parking. No breakfast. I stayed only one night. I need a refund for the second night
Disliked: How close it is to the beach

Disappointed after our third stay…

Liked: It’s close to little spots to have dinner and breakfast
Disliked: The AC does not cool the room entirely and it’s loud. There’s people smoking weed on the second and third floor and people banging on your door for no reason at 11pm as well as running and screaming.

Personal oasis away from home.

Liked: The outdoor area was very beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. We basically had the place to ourself and it was so relaxing.
Disliked: No chairs were in our room.

Liked: Alvaro met us and welcomed us. He was very helpful with our luggage and very friendly.
Disliked: The stay was a nightmare. There were nice staff members but Mora, Antony, Nickolas and Nick were absolutely unprofessional and offensive.

Disliked: Unprofessional behavior of the managers Mora and Antony. Offensive attitude. False information. Never stick to their promises. Do not recommend the property if you want to have a happy vacation.

Disliked: Staff consists of a lot of people, students included, because the property includes several hotels or motels. Some members of the staff are nice but the managers Mora and Antony and their helpers Nickolas and Nick create the atmosphere of non client-oriented. The property is run down and we encountered the electricity break down, metal rods from the side of beds, broken window etc. Then they say they put all their efforts to accomodate us. They have only tried to fix their negligence and mistakes. One day a receptionist broke into our room asking us if we broke the window. No sorry or apologies when we explained it was broken already when we moved in. The managers are not able to organize a smooth and service-oriented functioning of the property. I regret the fact that I stayed there and paid money. Do not recommend this property.

Liked: I would like to say thank you to Alvaro who did everything to make us comfortable.
Disliked: The management - Antony and Mora- is unprofessional and there were a lot of false information from their side to make our planning impossible. Do not recommend this property 100 persents.

Manipulative managers-do not recommend this...

Disliked: Absolutely unprofessional managers Mora and Antony. We reserved a room for a monthly rate. It was in a computer system room 3203 and its cost. A reciptionist explained to us that they only reserve, the room and the cost appears according to procedures created by managers. We had doubts about renting with the company so it took some time to decide. When we decided to rent, we checked again with the receptionist and we were told that everything was ok, She confirmed the room and the cost. We went to the property just to be rejected in a rude form by Nickolas who said that he was responsible for the property and that room was occupied. Then back to the receptionist who said that the room was available. Again she confirmed the availability. Back to Nickolas. He said yes it is reserved in your name. No appologies. Everything in a rude way. Even worse, he said Antony decided that this room was not for monthly rate. In the evening the managers changed the price and the room in the system. When I asked why they promised a certain price and now the price was much higher and the room was different. The new offered room had a mooldy smell and much worse. We rejected to rent and said that we would report about this situation. And after that the managers put our suitcases outside in the rain to damage our belongings. So I do not recommend this property. They provide you with a lot of false information, manipulate, they are not service -oriented at all. I regret the fact that I stayed at this property and paid money to them.
