Liked: Did not enjoy our stay.
Disliked: I didn’t enjoy our stay as our room was not clean, there were stains on the carpets, there was only 2 pillows which meant we had 1 each which were flat. Also the shower head was leaking, and the fan in the bathroom was extremely loud when on. The toilet kept making noises unexpectedly which was loud through the night. The room was very dated and I expected better for the price we paid. I would not want to stop here again.

Liked: It was a clean tidy room with a nice Seaview, staff were pleasant and in a quieter location I wanted just this and it was perfect to spend a very reasonable priced stay .
Disliked: I payed for this on booking.com and got to the hotel they took copy's of mine and my Girlfriends driving licence and asked for my bank card and took my details incase of any breakages so they could charge you . This was the only uncomfortable thing about the stay, the next morning I asked the Gentleman to come check the room before I left as I felt I had to as treated the room like I would my own home and he said he would , so when I went to check out he wasn't there so had to leave my key in the key box , I did ask the Gentleman to remove my bank details and wanted to see him do it I feel uncomfortable not noing if they were wiped from the System or not. I wouldn't want my details being misplaced or passed on

Liked: The bathroom was clean.The bed was clean. I liked the big windows in the room which could be opened wide. There is a tram stop across the road.
Disliked: There was only one pillow each in the room. The radiator needed a good clean or repaint. The carpet wasn't hoovered. It was full of bits and stains. Needs changing.

Comfy bed, warm shower and...

Liked: Location was great, booked a sea view room which I was happy with.
Disliked: Overall the room was a little on the small side, but as it was plenty comfortable and very clean, I feel I can’t knock off too many points for that.

Passable

Liked: The room was a lot larger than expected and it was a very clean and tidy room. There were plenty of amenities and a modern TV we could sign into Netflix to keep the kids entertained whilst in the room.
Disliked: On arrival at 8:30pm with 2 very tired children we we're told that the card machine wasn't available and I was sent on a drive to the local supermarket to draw out cash whilst they had to wait in the lobby.Also the rooms were very warm either though the radiators were turned off. We then realised that a large section of the floor was extremely warm. This was as hot water pipes are running under the floor next to the single beds. this meant that we could not control the room temperature.
