Not the best but done...

Liked: It was okay as described
Disliked: Not good treatment we seemed to be the only people in the whole hotel who had to pay £200 deposit on the rooms which were not the cleanest in the first place very unhappy with the treatment we received could of been cleaned properly and not had stuff left in the rooms from the last people

Superb

Liked: The accommodation was quiet and comfortable and there was off street parking, though only for a limited number of cars
Disliked: Nothing really to complain about.

Disliked: Living room! Very small and very uncomfortable, stairs and handrails are dangerous, hanging off, I cut my finger one one, the smell of cigarettes and canabis throughout the hallways. Load of electrical items not working, breakfast was not good, shower tiny

Liked: The exterior of the building is absolutely gorgeous and incredible. It suggests a boutique hotel. The chef who cooked the food was very friendly and chatty. He's a credit to the hotel. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Definitely not a boutique hotel. Hotel interiors misalign with the majesty of the exterior. It's shabby and needs some serious TLC. Carpets are fraying and stains in many, many places. The walls have dents, marks and cracks. The room was incredibly HOT. The WiFi was exceptionally patchy and didn't work for most of my trip. Reception and receptionists weren't particularly friendly. Well breakfast was nice, I didnt particularly appreciate having to give a specific time slot, and breakfast ends at 9am. At least three guests seemed particularly grumpy on departure. Reception is not open 24 hours!

Disliked: Soon as you enter, you are welcomed by the strong smell of marijawana . The hotel has a no smoking policy, but customers are welcomed to smoke outside the reception door. Once we walk in we are advised to take a seat, greeted by ripped and heavily stained chairs . The rooms are dirty , feels more like a homeless hostel rather than a hotel
