Disliked: No member of staff present at any time apart from breakfast . Generally very dated and grubby carpets . Difficult to check in. Has great potential but ……..

Very let down

Liked: Mouldy walls. Paint peeling off walls. Poor decorating. Very dated. Not cleaned properly . Dirty towel left hanging on the back of bathroom door. Overall not clean.

Liked: Literally 7 minutes from Gatwick, free parking and the manager went above and beyond to help me check in. Lots of road closures meant I was running late so he called me and sorted things via email, he’s an absolute legend and helped a very weary doctor get a good nights sleep!
