Liked: Literally 7 minutes from Gatwick, free parking and the manager went above and beyond to help me check in. Lots of road closures meant I was running late so he called me and sorted things via email, he’s an absolute legend and helped a very weary doctor get a good nights sleep!

Disliked: Poor signage Very rough access track Scruffy grounds Worse insurance on taking copy of Passport talk about fraud and stolen identity issue Refused entry without only told about on arrival Also refused to move booking Room ok but shower head had never been clean it was disgusting Back to Travelodge

Liked: Second time staying here. Hotel is great. Super convenient and close to the airport. Plenty of space for family of 4.
Disliked: Could use a little tlc in our room.

Liked: Staff helpful and welcoming. Room clean but very dated and well worn. Bed very firm for us. Very reasonable price.
Disliked: Room could do with a repaint
