Speechless

Liked: Staff were lovely. Bathroom and room is clean.
Disliked: There are clubs around the hotel and it was the weekend, so it was very noisy. The hair dryer did not work at all. No freebies like water. The tv only showed local stations. For the price, not worth it.

Liked: It was clean and located in the city centre within a walking distance from Bahnhofstrasse
Disliked: Too much noice from the many night clubs next to the hotel

Disliked: The location was ok apart from the strip clubs and sex workers that were on the streets.Lot of noise from bars around the hotel.Car parking was very secure but also expensive.

Liked: the family room was excellent, the bathroom was lovely
Disliked: the fire alarm went off 6 times during the night (we were only staying for one night) so it was not a restful night. The staff showed no sympathy and their response to complaints was very disappointing.

Liked: It is clean hotel and good located.
Disliked: Air condition not good enought.

Meh

Liked: Rooms were a fair size.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t good. The AC was not good. The fridge was not good. We were woken up at 3am by the people in the room next to us, when we told the staff the next day they didn’t care. The area is a bit sketchy.
